MANUSCRITO.- CARNEIRO, Mário de Sá.- Carta autógrafa.- Século XX (1915).- 1 documento (4 p.); 20 cm Mário de Sá-Carneiro (1890–1916), one of the leading figures of the “Orpheu” generation, who would later commit suicide in Paris at the Hotel de Nice, where he was living. Autograph letter on a two-page sheet of “Café Royal - Boulevard Montmartre” letterhead, addressed to António Vaz Pereira (Dear Friend), with references to correspondence exchanged between the two and mutual friends (Ferreira da Costa and Alfredo Cortez). Document dated Paris, August 12, 1915, signed Mario de Sá-Carneiro; a numerical inscription (calculation or addition) across the letterhead, which does not impede reading.
