First edition of a compilation of laws not included in the Ordinances, compiled by Duarte Nunes de Leão, born in Évora, humanist, philologist and jurist, Judge of the Casa da Suplicação. The third group of 16 sheets includes the Repertory Repertorio of the matters contained in the six parts of extravagant laws, the eight following sheets integrates, with it´s own title page, the Annotations on the ordinations of five books, which by the extravagant laws are revoked or interpreted. Exemplar slightly handled, with light acidity and some underlined of the period; manuscript ownership mark at the frontispiece; last preliminary sheet with restoration without support loss. Booklets DD, EE e FF (f. 199 a 218), in a total of 20 sheets, shorter, from another exemplar. Last sheet of the volume ( of Anotações), with Duarte Nunes de Leão signature at lower margin, slightly restrained, spotted, with small restoration and extensive of the period notes on the reverse.
