PESSOANA.- PESSOA, Fernando.- Poema autógrafo.- Século XX (1927).- 1 f.; 270x214 mm. Autograph poem published on letterhead of “Athena: revista de arte”, composed of four stanzas, each with four verses. First verse: “Qualquer musica, ah, qualquer”. Autograph signature: Fernando Pessoa. The poem was originally published in issue no. 10 of the magazine “Presença” (p. 2), on March 15, 1928, under the title “Qualquer música...”. The date 1927 (of the autograph), in blue ink, was added by Maria Guilhermina Queiroz, wife of the poet Carlos Queiroz (1907-1949) to whom the document was entrusted. 1 - The estate of Fernando Pessoa is classified as an asset of national interest, understood as the universality of fact composed of all documents produced or gathered by Fernando Pessoa, whether in the form of autograph manuscripts, isolated or integrated into third-party documents, signed or unsigned, of typescripts or printscripts, with or without autograph intervention, signed or unsigned, as well as all biographical documents of Fernando Pessoa or those recording his techniques and habits, signed or unsigned, regardless of the finishing of the text or texts contained therein, and printed documents recognized as having belonged to his library and bearing autograph marks of use.
2 - The estate of Fernando Pessoa is designated as a "National Treasure".

Accordingly, it is communicated for the due purposes that:

The lots that constitute the Fernando Pessoa core of our live auction 241 - namely lots 131 to 143 inclusive - are classified, being subject to the Exercise of the Right of Pre-emption by the Portuguese State, to the export ban, and to the legal obligation to notify any change of location or any circumstance affecting the possession or custody of said assets.
