Remarkable copy for presenting on the cover page the oval seal of the library of H.I.M with the crowned Coat of Arms of Portugal standing on an armillary sphere. This Coat of Arms was created by Royal decree of May 13, 1816, so the book must have been stamped between this date and the departure of king D. João VI to Portugal, on April 25, 1821. The copy is very clean, without any other library sign or mark, but presents some bookworm cuts on the inside and top margins of the first 80 leaves and traces on the end ones. Binding of the time, entire calf, bookworm traces on the spine and double guards.
