PRIORITY BIDDING

We would like to remind you that a significant discount is available to reward bids received by us in advance for each lot—internationally known as priority bidding. This consists of a 10% discount on the buyer's premium due for bids received and registered on the Cabral Moncada Leilões bidding platform (www.cml.liveauctions.pt) for a specific lot until 11:59 PM on the Friday prior to the Monday on which the live auctions take place—in this case, September 25th, 2026.

Key details regarding this policy:

  1. It only applies to in-person / live auctions, not online auctions;
  2. It applies to both traditional paper-signed bidding forms and electronic bids, provided that in both cases they are registered on the Cabral Moncada Leilões bidding platform (www.cml.liveauctions.pt) and received within the deadline mentioned above;
  3. Once a bid has been received under these terms and within the established deadline—a priority bid—the scheduled 10% discount (excluding VAT) remains valid and is due even if the bidder subsequently wins the item at auction for an amount higher than their initial priority bid.

Looking forward to welcoming you soon, either in person or virtually, with best regards,

Pedro Maria de Alvim        Miguel Cabral de Moncada
