It transcribes an unpublished poem (at the time unpublished) by Fernando Pessoa, with six stanzas of six verses (first line: Fiquei louco, fiquem[sic] tonto), with the following note: “These verses were dedicated to me by Fernando Pessoa in 1919. They are written by me because I knew them by heart and the original was stolen from my letters. If anyone appears with them, they should be prosecuted because they possess them illegitimately. 1 - The estate of Fernando Pessoa is classified as an asset of national interest, understood as the universality of fact composed of all documents produced or gathered by Fernando Pessoa, whether in the form of autograph manuscripts, isolated or integrated into third-party documents, signed or unsigned, of typescripts or printscripts, with or without autograph intervention, signed or unsigned, as well as all biographical documents of Fernando Pessoa or those recording his techniques and habits, signed or unsigned, regardless of the finishing of the text or texts contained therein, and printed documents recognized as having belonged to his library and bearing autograph marks of use.
2 - The estate of Fernando Pessoa is designated as a "National Treasure".

Accordingly, it is communicated for the due purposes that:

The lots that constitute the Fernando Pessoa core of our live auction 241 - namely lots 131 to 143 inclusive - are classified, being subject to the Exercise of the Right of Pre-emption by the Portuguese State, to the export ban, and to the legal obligation to notify any change of location or any circumstance affecting the possession or custody of said assets.
