Mariana do Resgate de Saldanha Corte Real da Câmara e Lencastre (1784-1848), future 3rd Countess of Lousã, at only 14 years of age, in the absence of other direct heirs, was the universal heir of all the assets that belonged to her great-grandmother D. Maria Antónia de Azeredo Corte-Real (1716-1798). This volume records the 289 estates that constituted the Morgado of Azeredos at the time of D. Maria Antónia's death, indicating for each the location, income, and respective tenants. It also includes a "Balanço demonstrativo dos rendimentos da Exma. Caza".
