João III to Rodrigo Lobo of the towns of Alvito and Vila Nova, and in place of Ribeira de Niza and the Roubão mill, a farm and estates were purchased in Termo de Oriola, and some houses in Lisbon, as stated at the end of the charter. Document in cursive Gothic script, dated January 13, 1552, without royal signature or seal; at the end of the third page, two signatures: S. de Matos and the Bishop of Tangier (Gonçalo Pinheiro, 1499-1567).
