However, Brito Aranha states and proves that they are distinct, adding: “This edition is quite rare. It is missing from most known Camonian editions”. The first two pages (title and dedication to D. Rodrigo da Cunha), a little shorter. Lightly trimmed copy (carmine edges), with light handling (the paper is of low quality) and some browning; occasional small stains, but overall clean. Good 19th/20th century binding, all sheepskin, with a seed of small flowers and a central floret on both sides (identical), gold-plated panels on the spine, rolls on the squares and on the thickness of the covers, protective case.
