José I grants his cousin D. João de Bragança (D. João da Bemposta, 1726-1780) the privilege of confirming “e haver por boa, firme e valioza a renuncia, cessam e trapasso que por escriptura dotal lhe fez a Duqueza Camareira Mor (D. Margarida de Lorena) [...] do Senhorio da Terra de Aguiar de Souza, com suas rendas e Direitos...”. Document issued in the City of Lisbon on 17 December 1770. Autograph signature: El Rey.
