An epic poem by a knight of the Order of Christ (*ca. 1540), born in Oporto, about whom little is known, apart from having accompanied King D. Sebastião I of Portugal to Ksar-el-Kebir, where he was held captive, having been rescued. The collation matches perfectly with that registered by Anselmo (nº 748) and in the National Library catalogue (nº 97). Copy with slight browning, a little cropped, with top edge sometimes affecting the current titles. Some notes from the period on the last page.
