Post-incunabular edition, printed in two columns, in Gothic characters, of a collection of Marian sermons by a Franciscan religious scholar (1430-1504), born in Temesvár, then in Hungary, currently Timisoara, in Romania. Between 1458 and 1453 Fr. Pelbartus studied Theology at the University of Cracow, having left an extensive number of works published from 1483 onwards. The edition does not have a title page, as is usual in this period, with only a summary of the title and the index on the first page. On the other hand, at the end, it presents an extensive colophon: ...Impe[n]sis sumptibus prouidi viri Joannis Rynman de Oringaw in imgsali oppido Hagenaw: p[er] industru[m] Henricu[m] Gran [...] Anno salutis nostre Millesimo q[ui]gentesimo nono. iij. die Spte[m]bris. Clean copy, probably washed and pasted; first sheet with light stains and fine inscription. Recent, full parchment binding.
