Public proxy instrument by which D. João Martins de Soalhães, Bishop of Lisbon (1294-1313), and D. Aimerico D'ébrard, Bishop of Coimbra (1279-† 1295), make their attorneys, respectively, D. João António, Archdeacon of Coimbra, and Pedro Durão, abbot of Church of S. Miguel D'anriade, in order to deliver the properties that had already concerted to exchange. D. João gives up the heritages of Mogofores, Condeixa and Ventosa, and D. Aimerico the Couto de Cavanhão ( "Caffanham ") and the estates of Cercosa, Bordonhos and São Vicente. Additionally, the Bishop of Lisbon constitutes Lourenço Peres and Domingos Durão his attorneys to receive the properties that the Bishop of Coimbra should deliver. Document dated from Coimbra, 13 April 1294. Public sign of the notary Miguel Airas, public notary of the city of Coimbra, formed by the letters (MCLIS), by Michaelis.
