The Portuguese electoral law of 1852 Decree of September 30, 1852, published following the 1st Act in addition to the Constitutional Charter of 1826, to reform the electoral law and prepares the elections which came in December 12, 1852, setting the number of members in 156 and 48 electoral circles.
