A primeira edição foi publicada em 1755. O autor chegou
a Lisboa em 1754 onde veio a morrer em 8 de Outubro do
mesmo ano, tendo sido sepultado no cemitério dos ingleses,
na Estrela. Ex-libris de Robert Walker. Encadernação do
editor, com a lombada em pergaminho, um pouco manchada.

p.: 2 gravuras desdobr. Exemplar aparado e com ligeira
acidez. Inscrição manuscrita de prémio escolar, na guarda
volante, provavelmente de um colégio jesuíta irlandês.

whose original edition was published in Madrid in 1748.
The organisation of the two volumes is as follows: I-XXVII,
479 p.: 1 brochure map, 4 engravings brochures; II-419,
[15] p.: 2 engravings brochures. A trimmed copy wit slight
acidity. Handwritten inscription of school award,
on the flying guard, probably from a Jesuit College.
Half-leather binding of the time.

The first edition was published in 1755. The author came to Lisbon in 1754 where he died on October 8 of the same year and was buried
in the English cemetery in Estrela borough. Ex-libris of Robert Walker. Binding of the editor with a somewhat tarnished vellum spine.
