After the Auction

Obligations when Purchasing an Item at an Auction

1. For each lot, purchasers must pay the full amount of the winning bid, plus a commission, which includes 23% VAT, according to the Special Regime for Item Sales at Auction, as follows:

up to and including € 3.00018,45% (23% VAT included)
in excess of € 3.000 up to and including € 20.00014,76% (23% VAT included)
on the portion of the hammer in excess of € 20.00012,30% (23% VAT included)

2. Purchasers should take delivery of the item.

Payment and collecting period of purchased Item

Payment should be made and the item collected within a period of five working days from the purchase in matter. Items may only be collected after the full amount of the sale has been paid. Regardless of the nationality of the buyer (his full identification will be required), payment can be made through:

  • bank transfers must state sale number; lot number; client bid number
  • cheques must be certified and payable to CABRAL MONCADA LEILÕES
  • Bank: Deutsche Bank AG - Sucursal em Portugal, Rua Castilho 20, 1250-069 Lisboa - Portugal
