A cigarette case silver set with 4 pear-cut sapphires and rose-cut diamonds, clasp with cabochon-cut sapphire, chiselled and pierced gold application set with 21 round-cut emeralds, 20 round-cut rubies and 21 rose-cut and crowned rose-cut diamonds, forming a monogram attributable to Ferdinand I of Bulgaria (1861-1948), gilt interior, original leather-lined case with gilt tooling and gilt bronze application "Royal Crown of Bulgaria".
