Carefully caligraphy document, presenting on the first page a large initial D. [Maria] and a Renaissance, gilt, blue and red vegetalist ornamental border; occupying the entire third page, the coat of arms of the applicant's family, also illuminated in gold, silver, blue and red; on the fifth page the initial A, in gold; the sixth page presents the end of the closing term, dated February 4, 1782 and signed by António Rodrigues de Leão, Rei de Armas Portugal (Portugal King of Arms). On the following page [7], the registration in book 3 of the Coats of Arms of the Nobility (last blank page). A very clean loose document, assembled inside a flecked sheepskin cover, with bookplate of António Capucho.
