The message of loyalty and recognition, occupies the first four pages of the document and is subscribed by Álvaro Salvação Barreto, Mayor of Lisbon (1944-1959) «em representação de todas as Câmaras Municipais do Continente, Ilhas e Ultramar». Followed by a leaf with the signatures of the Councellor of Lisbon and another one with about to dozen other signatures of many other Mayors of other municipalities. A set accompanied by photograph of Salazer and of a clip alluding to the deliver of the document, has entire black chagrin bionding (signed Frederico d’Almeida), slightly handled with gold inscription and manueline decoration on the upper plan.
