Some bookworm (poorly restored) cuts in the inner and lower margins, affecting especially the first 50 leaves and, in some cases, the printing space. The copy presents in the guard projection, the autograph signature of Oliveira Salazar, dated 1970 (the year of his death), although it did not belong to the statesman. Recent entire hard parchment binding, with semée of small blind-embossed vegetal motifs on the plans, gilt closed houses on the spine and wheels to the boards. Edition not mentioned in available catalogues and bibliographies. We are just aware of the existence of one copy in Portugal at the Library of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Lisbon (RES 166).
